Cascade/Citra Pine/Grapefruit/Citrus
This West Coast IPA is clean, piney and not overly bitter, yet still true to the style. Brendan’s desert island beer.

16 ounce can. Deep amber gold color. Frothy beige head. Spotty lacing. Citrus aroma has a touch of pine . Flavor is more of the same. Sweet, sharp citrus. Notes of grapefruit, orange and lime. Piney notes on the backend. Spicy, bitter notes throughout. Decent.

Lovely old school westie. Piney, grapefruit, clean. Slight bitterness. Thanks NFB, Big Russ, and Brendan!
Atlas update: had surgery to remove the cancer last Friday. He’s onto soft food for a few weeks & the prognosis is better than the original 9months.

Growler from the brewery, 11/30/20. Clear golden color, white head. Classic pine, grapefruit, citrus zest. Very clean. Bright floral and zesty finish. Really tasty. Nice dryness level. Excellent.
