Bottle at De Drie Dorstige Herten, Utrecht. Aroma is roasted malt, plenty of coffee, fruity hops, fruits, mild chocolate. Flavour is moderate sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Delicious Estonian BIPA, good balance between roast and fruity hops.

330mL bottle, an old one, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out rich roasted malt and a nice balance of earthy piney hops despite the age. Flavour is along the same lines, with roasted malt along the same lines, with a robust earthy and piney hop character even for such an old black IPA. Very good balance, with a nice roasty finish despite the age.

Bottle @ Koelschtrinker's Tasting. Smooth floral beginning. Easy to drink, round and refreshing with a floral intense body. Fruity floral aftertaste with roasted hints, nice bittered with a piney floral ending on a dry and somehow roasted body. Interesting.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle best before August 2018. Black with a beige head. Sweetish, fruity-resiny and slightly roasty-malty aroma of tropical fruits, pine and dark chocolate. Moderately sweet, roasty-malty and rather fruity-resiny taste of dark chocolate, licorice, coffee, tropical fruits and pine, followed by a medium long, rather roasty-bitter, fairly resiny finish. Medium to full body, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very tasty!

Danke an FatPhil! Gut! 8/11/12/11/9/11

Floor 42, share a bottle or two! Thanks to Adey. Opaque dark brown beer, good tan head. Smooth palate, fairly dry, reasonable carbonation. Smooth dark malts, little dark chocolate and a little cream. A light and weird rubbery bitterness. Modest dark fruits. Smooth dry finish leaves a roasty bitter linger. Skewed but passable.

Bottled, bbe 08.2017. That's why they sold it on discount... Poured pitch black with a thin brown head. Licorice, syrupy sweetness, mild ash and coffee. Hops faded a little, some bitterness in finish. Overall a pleasant brew still, but guessing it would have scored higher had I had it earlier. Cheers to FatPhil!
