bottle from tipic balear delicatessen gourmet in puerto pollenca. gusher, coild be infected. hazy yellow, smooth white head. aroma of herbs wheat, straw and yeast. flavor of yeast, wheat, herbs, straw. almost certanly infected giving the many off flavors, but inside that, it seems to be a full bodied dry wheat ale, quite dry. after a while the herbal notes dissipate and the beer is quite drinkable. This bottle only one month before its best before date, so whatever infection there migh be, has had a lot of time to develop, i would assume that if you get this one fresh, it will taste pretty good. also notes of orange peel, sweet herbal bitterness, and a decent well rounding hoppy bitterness (25 ibu). watch out for new batches of this one, might be quite tasty.
