(Keg at Black Door, 20140321) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had malts, molasses and roasted malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, roasted malts, molasses, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was roasty, ashy and bitter. Mämmi was too much hidden but otherwise the name and the beer matched.
