750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Hazed orangey golden colour, white foam head and aroma of ripe apple, funk, leather. Taste is sweet, appley, caramel, fruity, with leathery funk, meaty note, alittle tartness and spicy tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-sweet tangy tart tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
