Supertart, subtle raspberry and coriander, just the right amount of salt. Leaves my tongue a bit confused, but happy.

33cl bottle from Uba ja Humal, Tallinn. Pours somewhere between red and orange in colour, with a rather minimal head. Fairly malty fruity aroma with raspberries, mild malty notes and hints of grass and herbs. Moderate to medium sweet with light raspberry flavour with some salty notes and a light acidity. Not very fresh, not too refreshing either, but drinkable.

Bottle, BB 18.04.17. Pours amber with red-ish hue. Aroma is sweet, shampoo, corriander, grass. Flavor is sweet and sour with some salty notes, raspberries, wheat, flour, sticky shampoo. Covers alchol rather well and drinks surprisingly well (if you don’t mind drinking shampoo). Overall: nose is awful, but I don’t mind the flavor. Still, for me this is not a gose, it’s a "wheat ale" with stuff added.
