Flasche (50 cl) aus einem Kaufland-Supermarkt in Schweinfurt. - Dunkelorange bis hellbraun, schwach trüb. - Nase unangenehm fruchtig-faulig (überreife Äpfel) mit muffigen Noten (Kompost). - Antrunk süßlich-fruchtig mit fauligem Stich und „grünen“ Gemüsenoten. Durchschnittlich rezent. Hopfenaromen Fehlanzeige, dafür ranzige Malzbittere. Länger, unaromatischer bitterer Nachtrunk mit fauligem Einschlag. - Ein außerordentlich schlechtes Dunkles, nur zum Wegschütten geeignet.

Pours reddish amber, medium head. Aroma is malt, hoppy. Flavor is grasses and a bit minerally on the finish.

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As Alt-Schweinfurter Dunkel ].[ Courtesy of æHD’er ]. Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, grain, hay, nutty, caramel, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, grain, bread, sweet malt, nutty notes. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20140608]

Bottle. Pours clear light copper brown with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with touches of hops and hints of caramel. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with sweetish notes of caramel malt and yeast. Estery and malty finish. Lively carbonation. Well-balanced and enjoyable but not revolutionary.

Bottle, 5.4%. Lagery aroma. Clear light amber colour. Small whitish head. The flavour is malty and sweetish, has a nice spicy maltiness. The finish is caramelly and sugary. Clean.
