Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2014 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Bøllingsø Frokost ].Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, mint - minerals. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, mint - minerals, lemon - ginger - spicy, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to lively. DØE. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, grainy and light hoppy - spicy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 230514

Fra fad på Tap1 mai-14: mye og tett skum. Duft og smak av lime og litt krydder. Hadde sikkert smakt godt ved lavere serveringstemperatur. Ble servert romtemperert, og det ble en ufrisk bekjentskap.

Draught. Mild dusty aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is citric and mildly hoppy. Slightly spicy with a faint herbal note. The finish is a little watery.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is soapy, citrusy and slight herbal. Citric, fruity and light toasted. Dry and bitter finish.
