Cask @ Guide Dog, Southampton. Clear amber body under a small off-white head. Aroma is malt and biscuit with some caramel. Flavor is medium sweet, smooth malt, caramel, a bit fruity and moderate, but balanced bitterness. Medium body and average aftertaste. Nothing extraordinary, but well-made pretty classic British bitter from cask, smooth and tasty.

Cask @ EBF17 2014, 17th Egham Beer Festival, Egham United Services Club (EUSC), 111 Spring Rise, Egham, Surrey, England TW20 9PE. [ As Red Cat Bitter ].Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, light to moderate hoppy, UK hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, nutty, earthy, caramel malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140417]

Cask (Guide Dog, Southampton) - Copper with a slight haze. Fruity and slightly earthy aroma with sultanas and caramel. Fruity taste with raisins, sultanas and caramel detected.
