(On tap @ the brewpub, Toronto, Mar 7/20) Pours clear dark gold with an average white head. Notes of sweet citrus and candy/bubblegum esters, a little banana, dried flowers and a bit of phenol herb/pepper, honeyed pale malt that dries a bit in the finish with some booze heat. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Feels like a Belgian strong golden on the estery side rather than a saison. Decent but it wasn't totally my thing.

On tap at Rorschach Brewery TO. Cloudy pale gold colour lasting white head. A little diacetyl. Some hop some lime. That's not a saison. Not sure what this is.
