Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Wine, brett, oak, a bit of spiciness, some fruitiness, floral, manure note, quite dry, bitterish note. Nice.

Bottle from 26 Harbour St cafe in Ramsgate. Hazy gold colour no head. Saison yeast aroma. Dry Brett biscuit in the mouth. Some herb. Some hop on finish. Some lemon .decent enough saison. I liked the biscuit and aroma
