Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 4.5
Cask handpull at The Westgate Spoons Canterbury. Single hop beer 4.2% Clear amber colour lasting white head. Earthy English bitter hop aroma and flavour. Toffee best bitter in mouth very soft bitterness on the finish. i mean the hop is very hedgerow earthy. Malt is good sweetish caramel. Light bitter finish. Good temperature and condition. Just not my favourite hop.
