500 ml bottle, bought at the brewpub several months ago.
Dark golden, hazy body, with a medium, creamy, unstable, light beige head.
Aroma of bread, honey, ripe fruits, booze.
Taste follows this, while the fruits are even more present and pretty alcoholic.
Full, oily mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes alcohol warming, astringent, medium bitter and a bit fruity.
Nice example of a pale Doppelbock, with lots of fruits and satisfying bready and honey like malts. The alcohol is a bit too dominant for my liking though.
