Winter approaches, relentless and cold, and we know the season’s edge will cut deeper than ever. Without the warmth of a bold porter to hold close by the fire, we’d have little hope of enduring it.
Dark Marble is our answer. It’s brewed with six malts, including Caramel and Munich Type 2, giving it a rich, dark color as deep as azabache.
The flavors are layered and warm; think toffee with dried figs, raisins, and hints of espresso with a mix of spices like cinnamon, and clove.
It’s a beer to settle into, one that feels like winter’s perfect companion.

Deep brown with a tan head. Malty, lightly toasted/roasted, some cocoa, earthy notes. Medium bodied. A light bitter/roasted malt finish. Very solid top to bottom.

Creamy tan head on a very dark brown body. Malt, liquorice, roasted & coffee tastes with a bitter finish.
