440ml can. Almost black pour with a tan head. Aroma chocolate, fudge, toffee, vanilla, dark malts. Taste is very sweet, chocolate, fudge, toffee, vanilla, light roast malt. Medium-full bodied. Lactose seems unnecessary but can't deny this is a truly delicious stout.

440ml can bought online from the Fuss Club and drunk at home. It pours very dark brown, opaque with almost no head. Light aroma, a little bit woody/spicy, a good dollop of chocolate.bittersweet taste, loads of chocolate and vanilla, hints of bramble. Big, thick oily body with soft carbonation. These beers can often go a bit wrong but this one delivers on its promises from start to finish.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. Black pour with a tan head. Nose is nutty chocolate, caramel, toffee, raisin. Sweet malty taste of the above plus notes of cappuccino & cocoa. Boozy sweet finish.
