clear dark yellow, large smooth offwhite head. malty aroma, also some yellow fruits. appear strong bodied, but not boozy which is kinda impressive with 11% in a light colored beer. flavor is not-so-sweet yellow fruity, malts, malty bitterness, sort of like a slighly less sweet and flowery version of a belgian blonde. flavor also reminds me of eastern europe’s strong european lager, but the flavor is a lot more velvety and rounded than those eastern european booze brutes. All in all a very good beer from krenkerup, at an abv where many brewers get in to all sorts of trouble reg. flavor.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a creamy, beige head. Sweet, malty nose. Medium body, rich, sweet caramellish malts - a little nutty perhaps. Lowish carbonation. Discreet, late hops. Surprisingly drinkable, and doesn’t feel like 11% at all. 301014
