To brew a bottled beer as magnificent as her surroundings, Dorothy used an inspired mix of five hop varieties. Together with a blend of malts that form a well-balanced biscuit and caramel base, she has created a bold, golden IPA bursting with fresh, zesty citrus and tropical fruit flavours.

Bottle picked ip at Bacchus, Crickhowell, consumed at Jude & Baz’s, Saturday 11th October 2014 Pours light gold with light white bubbly head. twangy, zesty beer with a light citrussy burst. Its a good beer, not exciting, but fine. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Bottle 500ml. [ As Wye Valley Dorothy Goodbodys Glorious IPA ].Clear medium golden yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus, fruity hops. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy sweet bitter with a average to long duration, citrus, pale malt, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle at KØ14. Mild hop aroma. Clear dark golden colour. Small white head. The flavour has a chalky and fruity hop note. Late bitterness, slightly rough.
