To brew a bottled beer as magnificent as her surroundings, Dorothy used an inspired mix of five hop varieties. Together with a blend of malts that form a well-balanced biscuit and caramel base, she has created a bold, golden IPA bursting with fresh, zesty citrus and tropical fruit flavours.
In Dorothy’s words, “It’s glorious!”

500ml bottle from Anthony's: BB 30th March 2024. Drank in glorious sunshine, on my patio 4th September 2023. Clean golden body, white crown. Citrusy hop aroma and taste, some pine esters and flavours also, semi-bitter but with some malt action for a semblance of balance. Liked it.
Bottle from Gloucester Services. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma malty and citrus. Taste medium sweet. Heavy body.

500ml bottle bought at Tanners Wine in Hereford. Shared with Finn. Rocky white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Clear golden body. Appealing smell of floral hops, a touch of honey to it. Juicy malts and honeyed biscuit to the taste profile. Bittersweet finish. Fine bodied. Likable. (Hotel room, Birmingham 02.02.2020).

20th October 2014
Bright clear gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy with mild fine carbonation. Light as a feather pale malts. Whisper of floralness. Hops are a very mellow orange - lemon citrus. Airy fluffy finish. Find this hard to believe this is 6.0%, so light and fluffy it is!
