8 oz draft pour at the Boulevard Brewing Co. Tours & Recreation Center in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a slightly hazy golden with a small white head that falls away fast. The aroma is Brett yeast, lemon tart, floral and general Saison yeast notes. The taste is clean, a nice balance of the lemon tartness, the leathery Brett and the Saison base. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the drying Brett and citrus lemon finish. Tasty.
