16 oz can purchased to go at BKS Artisan Ales in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is clear golden yellow with a fizzy two inch egg white head that falls slow with splotchy lace. Tons of fine carbonation bubbles rise to the surface. The aroma is clean cracker malt, hay, soft floral and mineral. The taste is bright cracker malt, floral, slight hint of honey and finishes dry with grass and mineral. The palate is light bodied active carbonation and the super dry floral mineral finish. Crisp refreshing beer, this was really nice.
