Proper Kolsch glass draft at The Goat Brewing Co in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. The pour is a slight chill haze golden with a small white head that leaves a nice lace. The aroma is cereal malt, a bit of yeast and herbal floral. The taste is the malt, herbal floral of the nose and introduces a mild dank character. The palate is medium to light bodied, active carbonation and the dank lingers some in the finish. Props to proper glassware!
