Dimpled mug pint draft at Rockcreek Brewing Co. in Mission, Kansas. The pour is a clear brown copper with a nice foamy light tan head. Pretty pour. The aroma is toasty malt, light hazelnut, grass and more of the fresh malt. The taste is clean fresh nutty malt, sweet, soft toast and a faint roast finish with a bit of earth and mineral. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the sweet malt grass finish. Solid.
