Dimpled mug pint draft at Rockcreek Brewing Co. in Mission, Kansas. The pour is a hazy muddy brown copper with a thin off white head. The aroma is nut, crystal malt and grass earth. The taste is clean fresh nutty, soft roast, grass then finishing with more toast and the crystal malt. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and the earthy soft roast finish. Nice Mild.
