Hazy golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Looks good and inviting. Fine intensity in the aroma. Nice myrtle profile. Medium body and a fine carbonation level. Ok balanced sweetness versus bitterness. Myrtle, herbal and malty flavor. Nice tasty beer.

250ml draught , 5.3 % abv, at Kølsters Tolv Haner. Hazy apricot coloured body, no head, fragile lacing. Plums, dough and bog myrtle (pors) on the nose. Sweet flavours of myrtle, caramel, plums and bread. Rather sweet to the ending. Medium bodied. Satisfying, however, the beer gets too sweet in the long run (Copenhagen 02.05.2015).

A couple of samples from a 75 cl. bottle. Clear, amber colour with golden hues. Small white head. Sweet aroma with spices, caramel malts, hay and bog myrtle. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes fruity and herbal bitter with bog myrtle. An interesting look into the past.
