Pint at the Coach House in Kenmare, County Kerry, Ireland. The pour is a clear golden with a nice tight white head that leaves lace. The aroma is clean cereal malts with a soft floral hop character. The taste is clean Pale Ale flavors with the cracker cereal malt balanced with the floral, and a bit of citrus hop. The palate is light bodied, soft carbonation and a clean softly bitter finish. Easy drinking.

On draft at Paris Texas in Kilkenny. Yellow gold pour with a thin white head. Meek aromas of floral hop notes, hay and biscuits. Thin flavours of hop resin, caramel, grains. Forgettable.
