5 oz draft sample at the Boulevard Tours and Recreation Beer Hall in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a lightly hazed brown golden with a small white head. Nice lace. The aroma is ginger, wood, bright grassy hop, doughy malt. The taste is a blend of the ginger, cedar wood, and the grassy bready malt. The palate is medium bodied, low carbonation and sweet wood ginger finish. This had a real cocktail vibe to it.
