Sample at Braxton Labs for Cincinnati Beer Week on 06/23/2017. Brown-black color with a medium beige head that recedes gradually to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of roast malt, pine and hops. Medium body with flavors of roasted malt, piney hops and a bit of fruit. The finish is malty up front with a resiny hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

13 oz draft served in a nice chalice type glass at Braxton Labs in Bellevue, Kentucky. The pour is an opaque black with a 1 inch light tan head that leaves behind solid lace. The aroma is big pine, citrus and roast malt. The taste is a super fresh orange citrus along with the pine and finishes with a lighter roast cereal grain. The palate is medium to light bodied with active natural carbonation. Clean pine, mineral resin finish. I would have guessed this was in the 6% range, went down too easy. Nicely executed.
