Placing the rating on this beer, though the label of the beer actually read “Central Coast Saison of Uncommon Origins”. The pour is a hazed orange golden with a smaller white head that dissipates quickly. The aroma is straw hay, lemon citrus and a soft vinegar in the back. The taste is the bright acidic, lemon tart, sour right up front, followed by some grain and a bit of dry earth toward the back. The palate is medium bodied with active natural carbonation and a tart bright acidic finish. Nicely done, great recommendation Thomas.
