Shaker pint draft at Bailey’s Range in St. Louis, Missouri. The pour is mostly clear copper, golden, brown with a small white head. The aroma is fresh cereal cracker malt along with a nice grassiness. The taste is fresh clean malt up front, grains, grass and a pleasant floral towards the end. The palate is light to medium bodied, active carbonation and a dry grain finish. Nice California Common.
