Boulevard tulip glass draft at The Peanut in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is a hazed yellow greenish with a solid one inch white head which is lasting, eventually falling with splotchy lace. The aroma is tart, softly lemon sour with some nice grainy wheat character. The taste is clean lemon citrus, general tartness and a finish that is wheat, yeast and softly sour. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and the tart wheat grain finish. Nice, I am sure it worked well at the hot festival grounds.
