12 oz bottle to shaker pint glass at Huberts Sports Bar & Grill in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The pout is a hazed yellow golden with a well formed one inch white head. The aroma is softly tart lemon along with some grass and hay. The taste is soft hay, with mild citrus tartness. A bit of salt is evident towards the back. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and the softly salty tart finish. Clean, toned down version of the style which made it easy drinking.

Sampled from the tap at the St. Paul Summer Beer Fest. Pours a cloudy pale straw like yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is has a bit of yogurt with a bit of light tartness and some wheat. Flavor combines wheat and yogurt with just a hint of of tartness underlying.

All Pints North 2014. Opaque orange color; it looks good. Light wheat aroma, with a hint of yeast. Considerable salt in the flavor, but not sour at all. A decent wheat beer anyway.
