Draft half pour (6 oz) in a wine glass at Edmund’s Oast in Charleston, South Carolina. The pour is a hazed yellow with a foamy white head. The aroma is wood, hay and a Brett dry funk citrus. The taste is citrus, wood and a drying funk clean Brett towards the back. Some fruit sweetness as the beer warms. The palate is medium to light bodied with active fine bubbly carbonation. Well crafted, fun beer.
