Draft half pour (6 oz) in a wine glass at Edmund’s Oast in Charleston, South Carolina. The pour is a mostly clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is toasty grain malt, with a bit of caramel sweetness. The taste is clean toasty grain malt, grass and grain sweet caramel. The palate is light bodied with active fine carbonation and the sweetish grain finish. Lot of character for a beer of this size.
