Pint draft at Fathead’s Portland. The pour is clear golden copper and a smallish dirty white head. The aroma is big lavender, not really much else. It is fresh, fresh, fresh - almost like sticking your nose straight into the flower. The taste starts with the dominant, super strong lavender floral component, then opens up to a bit of sweet cracker malt and a general alcohol, that perhaps is from the mezcal. Truly overpowering beer, for lavender heads only.

Crazy beer. On tap at PDX. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A big perfume lavender nose. The flavor is sweet hops, toast, a really big note of lavender. Works well.
