Draft at the Northwoods tent at the Minnesota State Fair. The pour is a cloudy yellow white with a minimal white head. The aroma is slightly sour wheat grain, floral and the general Wit spices - most notably coriander. The taste is bright tart citrus up front, fruit, the soft wheat grain and finishes with a muted spices. Flavor is a bit dull, though clean. The palate is light bodied, unfiltered mouthfeel, lower carbonation and the coriander spice finish. It was a hot day at the Fair, and this beer was easy drinking and thirst quenching.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of sweet light fruits and earthy wheat with a hint of citrus underlying. Flavor is similar with earthy wheat and light fruits with a stronger citrus note backing.

A horrible wit. Chemicals and rotting orange. Some very light coriander.nearly undrinkable. Thin palate. Undercarbonated. You wouldn’t know what style of beer you were supposedly drinking unless you looked it up.
