Draft Goblet at Barley’s Brewhaus in Leawood, Kansas. The pour is clear gold with nice lace left on the glass. The aroma is floral, tropical fruit, and a bit of grain. The taste is crisp floral, tropical fruit sweetness and spice Saison yeast notes. The palate is medium to light bodied, with active cleansing carbonation and a clean floral finish. Nice one, loving Defiance so far.
