Goblet / tulip type glass draft at the brewpub in Martin City, Missouri. The pour is mostly clear orange copper with a 1/2 inch off white head. The aroma starts a bit metallic along with black cherry tart and an earthiness. As the beer warms, the metallic fades some. The taste is clean, lightly tart, black cherry with floral notes and a touch of malt sweetness in the back. There is also a bit of funk to the finish as well. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and the funk tart finish. Tasty and easy drinking beer.
