Shaker pint nitro draft at Martin City Pizza & Tap in Martin City, Missouri. The pour is dark brown with a thick tan head. The aroma is roasted malt along with a strong Belgian yeast showing earth. The taste is the bright Belgian yeast along with sweetish malt, some grass and cracker. There is more floral Belgian yeast in the back. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and a mineral yeast dry flinty finish. This was Interesting, had a lot of the same beats as Martin City’s black Saison.
