Nonic Pint draft at the brew pub in Atlanta, Georgia. The pour is a hazed brown copper ruby, with a 1/2 inch tan head. The beer was served really cold. The aroma is light roast, some fruit sweet, and faint apple skin. The taste starts with the lightly char roast, moves smoothly to biscuit malt, and finishes with a light fruit sweetness that is clean. The palate is light bodied, with active carbonation, and the clean slightly sweet finish. This beer was a watery at first, though it picked up body as it warmed. Nice clean flavorful mild.
