Draught. The bartender actually downsold me from the Palm to this, I didn’t know it was Ommegang, figured it was just relabeled Brooklyn. Anyway I’m glad I did - refreshing, poured amber into a tall glass with a medium heand and a nice spicy hopness with a very clean finish.

I had a glass at the same-named bar in the Times Square area of NYC. The draft was an opaque orange with a very full head of finely bubbled, light tan foam. It smelled slightly of peaches and coriander. The taste, grain, spice, toast, malt and a bit of yellow fruit. Not grabby but not bad either.

Approximately 12 oz draft pour at BXL East in Midtown East Manhattan. The pour is a hazed copper golden, with a well formed 1 inch white head. Nice lace coats the glass. The aroma is straw, hay, clove and a light fruit yeast. The taste is the straw, hay, and a bit of fruity lemon lime. The beer is lightly sweet, then moves to yeast notes of the nose, though the clove is softer in the taste than the nose. Touch of banana as the beer warms. The palate is light bodied, thinner, almost approaches being watery. Soft carbonation, and a clean, thin finish. Easy drinking beer.

On tap at BXL cafe. The waitress absolutley hated my wife and I (for no reason) so i don’t doubt there was some spit in my beer, but that being said, it was citrusy, and refreshing. poured orange with decent head. enjoyable.
