Half pint draft at Goose Island Clybourn in Chicago, Illinois. Aroma is toasted cracker malt, touch of floral earthiness. Taste is the cracker bright malt, smooth and clean. A bit of the floral mineral in the finish. Palate is medium to light bodied, lower carbonation felt right with the maltiness. Nice clean sessionable beer.

Sampled from the tap at the Clybourn location. Poured a clear gold with a large white head that dissipated slightly but lasted throughout the beer. Aroma was earthy with notes of grain, hay and biscuit. Flavor was similar with earthy grains and hay. A bit one note.
