Draught. Hazy pale yellow colour no head. Aroma is sweet apples, some vanilla, green apple skins and mild tart wooden notes. Flavour is greenapple skins, some sweet apple juice along with mild earthy and yeasty notes.

From Backlog - Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - clear golden yellow pour with small white bubbly head. Aroma and taste is prominent sweet apple, sweet fruity, apple skin, some interesting wooden whisky nuances towards the finish but not sure cider is the right place. Interesting nonetheless.

Draft. A yellow cider with a rim of white head. The aroma has notes of apples and wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, whiskey, and wood, leading to a very dry finish.

Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2014 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Kongebryg Jernbyrd ].Unclear medium yellow orange color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, vanilla, sweet apples. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet apples - vanilla, sweet apple, light oak. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20140523]
