330ml bottle [4.5% abv as per label]. Clear, dark brown colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige to tan head. Sweet-ish, dark malty aroma, hints of milk chocolate, pumpernickel, a touch of vanilla. Taste is moderately sweet dark malty, hints of milk chocolate, cold coffee, pumpernickel, a touch of vanilla, rock sugar, minimally tartish, lactic acid counterweight. Nice.

Almost opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light and mildly crisp, semi dry. Mild dark malts, tangy. The tang has traces of dark fruits and vanilla. Finishes light and semi dry, a bit one dimensional, but fine.

Bottle. Appearance- coca-cola, very dark brown, not much of a head at all. Aroma- classic stout- dry roast, malty, hints of dark fruit, Chocolatey hints, a bit of liquorice. Taste- quite a lot of sweetness, sugary, hops, liquorice, vanilla, raisin, malt background, medium mouthfeel. Not bad, but a little too sweet and unbalanced. Bit like a cross between a stout and a quad.
