We do like to blend our hops! This beer contains four hop varieties, paired up at different stages of the brew.The result is a lovely blonde beer with a fresh and fruity aroma, a crisp bitter taste which moves into a long bitter slightly dry finish.

Cask @ Cafe Beermoth, Manchester. Clear blonde with a bubbly-frothy head. Hoppy, it has a fairly high bitterness with some dry pale ale texture and a few malts in its nose.
