CBC 2014. Amber with a lasting, creamy white head. Fruity and funky aroma with a hint of wood. Dry and malty flavour with fruity notes and a little funk. Rather astringent finish

From tap. Pours clear and golden red to orange with a small, creamy and off white head. Aroma is fruity and slight soapy. Toasted malty and light bitter. Medium dry finish.

Draught @ CBC 2014 [ Yellow Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Way Brett Red Ale ].Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wood, sour notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, fruity notes, sour note. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20140502]

Keg at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - yellow session. Red amber coloured pour with a loose off white head that lasts. Aroma is subdued overall, with some caramel, bark, woody, light mustyness. Flavour is sweet cranberry, raspberry. Malts are nutty and caramel. Light tartness, some harsh bitterness / metalic in the finish. Slight apple note.

Tap @ CBC, 14. Dark amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel and toasted. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, sweet, no brett and a little bitter.

CBC Session 1. Hazy amber beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and semi dry. Modest carbonation. Light sweet malt. Touch of apple amongst the mellow dried fruits. Finishes dry. Not much brett.
