Little cloudy orange beer, small irregular white head, unstable, dissipates immediately. Aroma: floral, lots of orange peel, honey, pretty oxidized. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sour, dirty, infected, unpleasant vinegar sourness, white wine notes and some hay. Aftertaste: very sour, tannings, earthy, lemony, orange peel, very oxidized. Brett is not an excuse for infected beer... This is horrible.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Brekeriet Saison ].[ Trade by omhper ]. Unclear medium amber orange color with a large to huge, speaking, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate to heavy yeasty, sharp, riped fruit, fruity, saison yeast, fynky, light orange, funky - smoke - medicine note. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light acidic and bitter with a long duration, riped sharp fruit, orange, yeasty, sharp, funky, caramel, fruity, tart notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft and fizzy. [20140605]

Bottle. Pours hazy orange with a big white head, some lacings. Aroma is fruity (most citrus) and some sweeter tones along with a discreet funkiness. Taste is light sour, citrus, apricots, bubble gum, a bit more yeast and brett character than in the aroma, slight spicy. Ends dry. Medium body, medium to high carbo. Well done.

Slighty hazy amber color, steady off-white head, good lacing. Bretta and minerals in the nose. Light- bodied. Quite fruity apple, orange etc. Yeast flavors, Bretta. Wild yeast Saison which has something from lambic world and something from saisons. Pretty simple but refreshing.

Bottle at Jerntorgets Brygghus, Goteborg, 21/03/14. Hazed orange amber with a big old off white head of bubbledom. Nose is bitter orange, apricot, straw, spice, lemon rind, earthy twang, apple skin. Taste comprises mandarin, orange marmalade, straw, pinch of spice, apricot, jammy tropicana. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a grassy linger. Crisp and refreshing saison, solid stuff.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch nr 27 - BB 2015-11-22, at Pikkulintu, 20140326) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was white, large and it lasted long. Aroma had spices, fruitiness,sourness, berries and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, berries, sweetness, sourness, spices, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had sweetness, berries and bitterness. The berriness was unpleasant and perhaps the yeast should have had more time to eat the sugars.

Tap at Jerntorgets Brygghus. Poured a cloudy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is zesty citrus. The flavour is medium sweet light sour with a yeast lemon citrus palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
