Hazy golden towards orange, foamy. Earth and funky tones in the aroma, also some pepper and apple. Slightly sour taste, blends with earth and weak fruit tones.

Sour brett nose. Hazy pale amber, tall fizzy and frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma sourish, brett, lemon, bit of wood, farmyard. Taste medium sweet and light sour, also light bitter notes, light orange, bit woody. Sweet and sour aftertaste, fruity, light bitter finish, woody, herbal notes. Medium body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation, solid and fresh saison, easy to drink.

Bottle from Beers’ n’more. Pours yellowish orange. Aroma is a nice yeast, some funk and styles. Medium but intense and sweet body. Lively carbonation, refreshing. Short finish. Tasty, yet not super interesting.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.5%. Slightly hazy deep golden colour, moderate white head. Distinctly spicy aroma with notes of saison yeast, also "farmhouse" notes of brettanomyces and woodwork. Medium dry and distinctly spicy flavour, with a rather blunt bitterness. Not very refined in its character, but not a bad beer.

Bottle, 1 month past BBD. Hazy amber, offwhite head. Fruity and funky aroma. Sour berries. Flavour is sour, slightly bretty. Not as fruity as the aroma, more malty. Finish gets a little rough, a little metallic and almost alcoholic.

Very hazy amber beer, good fluffy pale cream colour head. Palate is light and airy. Mild seltzer. Airy malts. Trace of lemon and herbs. Light bitterness before the semi dry finish. Pretty drinkable.
