Keg at Orsted Olbar. It pours lightly hazy amber with a small white head. The nose is barnyard, dirt, manure, musty, orange peel and sherbet. The taste is earthy, hay, light brett, toast, hay, light spice, citrus peel and sherbet with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Pretty tasty stuff. Interesting and well balanced.

330 ml bottle. Unclear orange body with a rather fast disappearing white head. Aroma has yeast, spices, fruit and a hint of caramel. Flavor has sweet malt, caramel, fruity yeast and unfortunately a hint of acetone. Medium body and some bitterness in aftertaste. A very straight forward beer with some off flavors. Suppose the Brettanomyces might have gone wrong somewhere. It’s still drinkable, but quite boring.

Bottle. An unclear one, golden-orange in color. It’s yeasty on the nose, with fruityness, peaches mostly, and acetone. The flavor has yeast and fruityness, a nice bitterness and some nailpolish remover. Medium body, too carbonated, quite dry. Bitter finish. Most definitely neither interesting nor particularly good this one. 140110

0.33l bottle from #19. Looks nice in the glass with a cloudy deep honey colored body with a medium sized slowly fading light beige top. The nose has flourish yeasty tones, some fruity citrus elements and a sweetness. Definitely not to complex, but still quite nice. It has a light oily mouthfeel and a above average, almost lively carbonation level. Again, soft yeasty flavors. There sweetness found in these aroma sticks in their taste as well. It's almost a red apply sweetness in guess, but not too overpowering. Ends with really over ripe fruits any figs. A decent one, but nothing I feel an urge to try again. 12.10.2013

330ml bottle, batch no. 14, picked up at Vikapolet. Remaining, near-white head. Unclear apricot coloured body. Mid-tart malt-fruity on the nose added by sweet spices. Sappy, mid-sweet, saison fruity flavours. Backbone of wheat and tart apples. Sweet- tart ending. Soft. Okay (hotel room, Oslo 25.11.2013).

Deep orange, very cloudy, thick, fine head. Fruity, estery nose, stewed peaches, oranges, some spicy yeast. Bready, fruity flavor, some bretty funk, minerals. Too estery but a nice, prickly peppery finish.
