Cloudy light amber color, creamy head.
The aroma is delicate, spicy and fruity. The mouthfeel is lean; the flavor profile is moderately spicy, not really fruity, dry, with a bit too much yeast, and hints of liquorice; correct bitterness. It lacks of character, more similar to American attempts than true Belgians.
Pleasant but dirty.

Draft @ Hamnmästaren, Malmö. Orangé, col blanc. Arôme présente un bouquet assez belge dans l’approche de par la levure, ajout subtile de brett. Malt type cara pâle. Palais, levure belge, brett ajoute une note subtile en fin de bouche. Fruité sur une pointe d’abricot. Légère et rafraichissante sur une fin de bouche laissant percer qcq notes douces sucrées. Amertume reste subtile, assez neutre et nobles avec une balance de brett qui porte la bière sur une autre dimension.

Small offwhite head. Hazy amber body. Floral orangey aroma with funky mealy notes. Dry-sweet toffee and oranges taste with mealy floral notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy toffee and orange marmalade aftertaste with floral notes. Lovely and highly drinkable. (0.33l bottle shared by KnutAl. Batch #6.)

Bottled:
Pours muddy pale brown with a rocky head. Sourish, slightly acidic aroma with notes of grass and biscuits. It tastes pretty much like it smells. Bitter finish. Quite refreshing.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, spices, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, brettanomyces, malt, wood, and caramel, leading to a dry and tart finish. The body is light.

Bottle shared by Ramy at tasting at my house. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose and taste of yeast, lemongrass, fresh fruit, lemonbread, lemonzest and light Brett. Medium body.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy warm amber with an off-white head. Very fresh fruitiness with only a subtle touch of yeast. Medium body, lowish carbonation, rather sweet fruitiness with a pleasant slight spiciness from the yeast. Hardly any bitterness. Quite enjoyable. 270213
