Lukt: Duft av frukter, plomme og stikkelebær.
Utseende: Grumset dunkel gul farge.
Skum/kullsyre: Tynn hinne skum, litt heng langs kant.
Smak: Søtlig smak av frukter, plomme m.m. noe kort søtlig ettersmak.

Fra flaske på mandag i annen des-14: kölsch synes jeg i utgangspunktet er en heller kjedelig stilart, men det er forsåvidt ingenting i veien med denne. Fint utseende, lys og klar gylden. Et noe slapt hint av kokte grønnsaker. Daff munnfølelse, men som kold sommerforfriskning funker det sikkert.

Rerate, 500 ml bottle, batch #7.. Very pale straw colour, slightly hazy Thin white head. Sweetish aroma of malts, some citrus. Citrus in the flavour too, a hint of cloves. Light bodied and refreshing, a nice summer beer. Original rating: Sample from shared bottle. Very pale straw colour, white head. Light bodied and refreshing. Will rerate when I have a full bottle shortly.

Bottle. Golden-yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop, grain. Flavour is fruit, malt, hop, grain, citrus, grass. Medium body. OK beer.

500 ml bottle. Unclear yellow body with a white head. Not much aroma here, just a hint of some lemon type sourness, at least nothing unpleasant at all. Flavor is rather weak as well, but more distinct than aroma. Pale malt, refreshing citric acidity and some bitterness. Light body, but that’s suits the beer in this case even if it’s a bit watery. Short in aftertaste. Nothing special really, but definitively a decent thirst quencher. No off flavors. Could easy have another if thirsty.

Bottle 500ml. [ As Nua Kølsch ].Clear medium yellow color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, fruity sweet malt, citrus notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, grass, citrus, fruity malt. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140705]

Very slow gushing. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast and floral. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a slightly yeasty finish. body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, grass and hops. A little watery.
